The Trade Platform gives 2 Quartz for every Scrap, up to 8 total for 4 Scrap. i don't think something being overpowered is bad though, so since it would be so powerful, make it a very end game piece of content, and while yes it's infinite everything technically I guarantee only a very small amount of the player base will grind to get the soil collector and even fewer will grind to fully automate everything, I think it would be a very nice very end game piece of content that will keep a save from dying of lack of resources. Gives you soil and you don't destroy something that is easily visible.īut eventually you will run out of soil regardless of where you dig. Which in return means infinite resources through the trade platform.Īs for destroying the planets: Simply destroy the lower cave levels. Now, infinite soil would mean that the planet/moon would have to be infinitely large.Įven if we ignore that problem it would actually be very overpowered as you could farm infinite organic resource which you can craft into glowsticks. ![]() Originally posted by Wolfgang:The problem I see is that soil is always finite as it is the material the planets and moons are made of. Please System Era, hear my plea's and thank you anyone who reads this suggestion It could be something like a auto extractor but since its soil its infinite, now yes i understand this does sound overpowered in a way but it's needed so we don't have to constantly destroy our beautiful planets just so we can have resources, also the automation update really isn't automated because of lacking this key feature, every auto farm comes down to the soil centrifuge which means nothing is truly automate without an automated soil collector and therefore renewable soil. Okay I think to really make it an automation update the core thing that is needed is a automated/ soil collector and a renewable way of getting soil because while it would be hard to do, soil isn't infinite, and theoretically someone could run out of soil and therefore run out of resources, simply put no soil, no resources and to a smaller degree scrap, but really scrap would also be able to be automated if soil was renewable and if you could automate collecting soil. ![]()
